Ukrainian φ1420mm Steel Pipe Hydro Testing Machine has been completed successfully according to delivery time.  

The euqipment is non-standard special machine for pressure testing of various OD steel pipes .

Max tested steel pipe OD can be 1420mm . The machine is equipped with automatic loading and unloading material system. can automatically turn and transfer material to testing center, steel pipe can automatically align to be tested . Automatic sorting device can automatically transfer the unqualified pipes to unqualified tock bin, and automatically save the testing result . Automatic level is very high.

the equipment uses main oil cylinder thrust and the smart balance system of steel pipe testing pressure (oil and water balance) to do hydrostatic testing. It adopts PLC program smart control toucuh screen operation system , displaying the test pressure in real time . The testing pressure curve can be automatically printed and also can be stored in comptuer har disk .  

 The successful completion of this equipment further improved our company's production technology for large equipment , and accumulated the design experience of large hydro testing machine . It is our large non-standard equipment production important process .
