Short Production Time, Greater Flexibility


Traditional pipe manufacturing requires a lot of time to change out a pipe's size. As a result,  large order quantities are required from the customer so that these manufacturers can see a profit.

DEZHOU YAXING's Thermal Pipe Expansion process can change out pipe sizes in 3 hours. Shorter production time allows for greater flexibility in response to emergency order situations. It also lowers minimum order quantities to a manageable level, giving distributors the ability to carry some of those odd sizes they previously couldn't.

YAXING EXPANSION MACHINE can produce Seamless Pipe in sizes from 60mm through 1500mm OD. Wall thicknesses can be as much as 120mm thick.




The equipment is invented by our factory chief engineer Mr. Fu Bingzhong , which has achieved national patent with national independent intellectual property. 
By the core technology of the patent-Steel Tube OD Hot Expansion, the requirements of different kinds of diameters of pipes，the large diameter pipes and kinds of non-standard steel pipes with different diameters are satisfied, especially for the production of small batch steel pipe with various specifications.（it has processed T250 special steel, terminal sensitive cartridge case special steel and titanium alloy）. 
It is the main production technology to produce large outside diameter steel pipe, high pressure steam piping of power station and nuclear power plant . 
The expanded pipes has been widely used in the fields of military industry, aerospace industry and marine industry equipment manufacturing, which has made a great contribution to national defense and energy construction.

2) The machine can produce standard, non-standard any size pipe to meet any user needs. It can be used for seamless steel pipe, welded pipe, titanium alloy pipe, stainless steel pipe (austenitic, duplex steel) and other metal pipe induction heating expansion pipes.

3) The pipe diameter range of heating expansion is 219 -- 1420mm

the wall thickness range is 3.75 -- 110mm

and the longest length of the female pipe is 19.5m.
4) Equipped with IPC to store and record the operation data of the machine in the production process to provide traceability for the customer's product quality.
