The Hot Induction Bending Machine mainly used to for hot bending processing of metal pipe and shape metal.

Hot Induction Bending Machine technical parameters：


1) raw material of steel pipe：seamless steel pipe, straight welded pipe or spiral welded pipe.
2) bend radius should be bigger than 2.5D (if below 2.5D, use elbow pushing machine)，programming intelligent control pipe bending angle ( the bending angle can be randomly set as required within certain range)
3) bend diameter and wall thickness range:φ57～1420mm, wall thickness: 3～120mm (sectional design and manufacturing the equipment).

4) main oil cylinder stroke of the Hot Induction Bending Machine is determined according to max bend diameter and max bending radius (provided by user).

The whole Hot Induction Bending Machine adopts PLC control. PLC coordinates and controls the movements of the Hot Induction Bending Machine. The thrust force of theHot Induction Bending Machine, the pressure of the hydraulic system, the bending angle of the steel tube, the bending radius and other parameters all are displayed on the touch screen, and can be set manually to achieve automatic and accurate adjustment and control of key parameters. And can store the steel pipe model, bending radius, bending time, bending speed, temperature and other parameters.
