Hot Pipe Bending Machine
Product Description
For the Hot Pipe Bending Machine cost efficiency, the straight material is less costly than standard components (e.g. elbows) and the bends can be produced faster than standard components can be welded. Raw pipe material can be carbon steel , alloy steel and stainless steel and all the material that they can be heated by induction.
1) Bending Pipe OD range: φ21.3 (20×20) mm -- φ1820 (1800×1800mm)
2) The bending radius : no less than 1.5D,
3) The maximum bending Angle: 270°
4) The pipe wall thickness can be 120mm
