1. Elbow Forming Machine introduction:

This is the special machine that is mainly suitable for stainless steel elbows cold forming,  the forming method is that the tube is placed in the mold cavity which is locked by external force, the hydraulic push rod pushes the pipe from guide section into the forming cavity set with inner core to form elbows, and is equipped with an automatic stripping device to take off the elbow from the mandrel.

1) elbow OD range: φ25-φ711mm (28”)

2) elbow bending radius: 1-2.5D

3) the MAX elbow wall thickness: 4 - 12mm
